1:1 nutrition coaching can help athletes by providing personalized guidance on optimal nutrient intake, meal planning, and dietary strategies to enhance athletic performance and support specific athletic goals.
*Please note that coaching is for athletes residing in Ontario Canada, who are high school level athletes, collegiate or post-collegiate athletes. All sessions currently take place virtually over a secure platform
