Individualized Nutrition Coaching

Objective

1:1 nutrition coaching can help athletes by providing personalized guidance on optimal nutrient intake, meal planning, and dietary strategies to enhance athletic performance and support their specific athletic goals.

For athletes residing in Ontario Canada, who are high school level athletes, collegiate or post-collegiate athletes.

The goal of 1:1 Nutrition Coaching is to…

  • Provide guidance and support

  • Determine a plan of action to help you achieve your goal(s)

  • Utilize the most up to date sport nutrition evidence available

  • Create a safe and supportive space

Some of the areas that we can work together on include:

  • Fuelling for training and competition

  • Nutrition for recovery

  • Body composition

  • Nutrition for injuries

  • Hydration

  • Disordered eating/eating disorders/REDs

  • Restoring menstruation

  • Building a positive relationship with food and body image

  • Nutrition for travel

  • Supplements

  • Meal planning

  • Navigating the grocery store/shopping on a budget

Most health insurance companies provide partial or full coverage for dietetic services, you can check with your provider to see what your coverage entails. Furthermore, if you don’t have any coverage, dietitian services can be easily added to your plan.
