Hey I’m Jess!

As a former collegiate runner, I can understand and appreciate how challenging it is to stay on top of nutrition with such a busy training schedule. This is why I created a meal planning course specifically for athletes, to help you feel less over-whelmed with an already busy schedule.

I am a sports dietitian with a Masters of Science in Food and Nutrition. I currently teach food and nutrition related courses at the University level and have also completed the IOC Diploma Program in Sport Nutrition.

In my spare time, I love to be active outdoors such as cycling, hiking, running or tending to my vegetable garden.
